  • 250 gram ground beef
  • 250 gram ground pork or turkey
  • 25 gram grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley - chopped
  • 25 gram onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper


  • 500 gram tomato passata


  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  • Add the ground beef and ground pork/turkey in a bowl and mix together.
  • Add the remaining ingredients to the ground meat and mix well with your hands.
  • Wet your hands with water or olive oil and roll 6 meatballs.
  • Briefly heat the tomato passata in a pan and season with salt and peper. Then, pour over the meatballs. Garnish with some grated cheese.
  • Place the meatballs on a baking dish and bake for 15 to 20 minutes in the oven.


Each serving consists of 3 meatballs.
