Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (390 Fahrenheit).
Cook or steam the cauliflower florets until al dente (this is the case if you can pierce it with a fork). Pour the cauliflower florets into a colander and let it evaporate for 5 minutes.
Place the cauliflower florets in a food processor and chop the florets to a rice-like texture.
Put the cauliflower in a clean tea towel and try to rinse/squeeze all the moisture out as much as possible. This is very important!
In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower, egg, goat cheese and herbs. (Don't be afraid to use your hands. You want it to be very well mixed.)
Roll out the dough ball between two leaves of baking paper to a thickness of about 1.0 cm (half an inch).
Bake the pizza crust in the oven for about 30 minutes. Then turn the bottom over and bake for about 10 minutes.
Let the pizza cool for 5 minutes. Garnish the pizza with 3 tablespoons of passata and the sliced vegetables of your choice. Finally add the cheese of your choice on top.
Bake the pizza again in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
