But then you have to know how to make this.You can of course throw everything in a blender and hope you get something tasty……but there are many products that do not mix in taste.In this recipe, I share my low-carb strawberry and avocado smoothie with you.Made easy and fast… and also very saturating.
You can make a smoothie as complicated or simple as you want.Everything is possible and nothing necessary.But making a low-carb smoothie healthy is something completely different. Many fruits are not low in carbohydrates or healthy for diabetes. You can read more about that here.
I personally like the ‘keep it nice and simple’ method.
I choose one or two fruits for the sweetness……and a little avocado for the healthy fats (these will saturate you a lot so you will not get hungry).And if you like a slightly sweet low-carb smoothie, you can use some sweetener like stevia or erythritol powder.
